Stillingen er på minimum 10 timer/uge og med fast arbejdsweekend hver 2. eller 3. weekend.

Hverdagen er præget at både grundlæggende og komplekse borgerforløb, så derfor har vi brug for medarbejdere, som ser det spændende i at arbejde rehabiliterende og relationelt omkring borgeren, samt har et godt indblik i det grundlæggende helhedspleje og sygeplejefaglige.

Kort om Plejehjemmet Kragsbjerg

  • Vi er et plejehjem bestående af 4 afdelinger med plads til 72 beboere, hvoraf der er et bofællesskab for demente
  • Vi er en stor tværfaglig personalegruppe, hvor alle fagligheder arbejder tæt omkring beboerne
  • Som medarbejder hos os, vil du primært være tilknyttet et team, men vil ind imellem skulle arbejde på tværs i hele huset, der hvor behovet er
  • Vi anvender beboerkonferencer og triage som metode i vores daglige samarbejde sammen med borgeren
