Arbejdstidsplanlægger og administrativ ledelsesunderstøttelse i en projektstilling til Bostedet Munkehatten.

Munkehatten søger en kompetent og struktureret arbejdstidsplanlægger/administrativ medarbejder på 30-37 timer ugentligt i et år, der i tæt samarbejde med ledelsen kan sikre en stabil og professionel vagtplanlægning, som understøtter den daglige drift og samtidigt understøtter ledelsen med administrative opgaver.

Munkehatten er et botilbud for voksne med betydelig og varig nedsat fysisk/psykisk funktionsevne og med udpræget behov for støtte i dagligdagen.

Aldersspredningen i den nuværende borgergruppe er fra 20 til 75 år.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Udarbejdelse af grund- og arbejdstidsplaner i overensstemmelse med gældende overenskomster og arbejdstidsregler
  • Løbende justering af vagtplaner i forbindelse med sygdom, ferie og andet fravær
  • Kontakt til medarbejdere og behov for vagtdækning
  • Registrering og opfølgning på normtid, afspadsering, ferie, fravær, SH-dage samt omsorgs- og seniordage
  • Besvarelse af henvendelser vedrørende vagtplanlægning og overenskomstmæssige forhold
  • Løsning af administrative ad hoc-opgaver som understøtter ledelsen.

Kompetencer

  • Administrativ uddannelse og/eller erfaring som arbejdstids- eller vagtplanlægger
  • Erfaring med planlægning for en større medarbejdergruppe
  • Struktureret, detaljeorienteret og med godt organisatorisk overblik
  • Forståelse for økonomiske rammer og prioriteringer
  • Kendskab til kommunale overenskomster og personalejura
  • Gerne erfaring fra døgninstitution
  • Kendskab til Silkeborg Data (SD) eller tilsvarende systemer er en fordel
