Vi søger en engageret social- og sundhedsassistent, der ønsker at gøre en forskel for borgerne og samtidig være en del af et arbejdsfællesskab præget af tillid, respekt og arbejdsglæde.

Hos Stadiongruppen arbejder vi i faste tværfaglige teams med fokus på kontinuitet, høj kvalitet og stærke relationer. Vi arbejder primært med borgere med vedvarende sygdomsudvikling, herunder borgere med demens.

Dine opgaver

· Sygeplejefaglige opgaver inden for dit kompetenceområde.

· Medicinhåndtering og sundhedsfaglig dokumentation.

· Observation og vurdering af borgernes helbredstilstand.

· Koordinering og samarbejde med borgere, pårørende og tværfaglige samarbejdspartnere.

· Rehabiliterende indsatser med fokus på borgernes ressourcer og selvbestemmelse.

· Bidrage til faglig udvikling og kvalitet i teamet.

· Er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent.

Stillingen

· Fast stilling på 37 timer ugentligt (eller efter aftale).

· Arbejdstid primært mellem kl. 07.00 og 15.00.

· Weekendvagt hver 2. eller 3. weekend.

· 5 helligdagsvagter årligt.

Opstart snarest muligt eller senest 1. oktober 2026.
 

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

Ansættelse sker efter gældende overenskomst mellem KL og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation.
