Tornhuset Brunsegårdsvej søger pædagog på 33-37 timer ugentlig med skiftende arbejdstider og arbejde hver anden weekend. Stillingen ønskes besat fra 1. august 2026. Adressen er Tornhuset Hus 1 & 2, Brunsegårdsvej 51-55, 5690 Tommerup.                                                                               

Om dig
Vi ønsker os kollega, som kan arbejde i et struktureret miljø samtidig med, at det er kreativiteten til at finde de gode løsninger der er drivkraften blandt kollegaerne. Det er vigtigt, at du kan arbejde ud fra en rehabiliterende tilgang, hvor struktur, forudsigelighed og genkendelighed er nøglen, men du har modet til at udfordre tilgangen i samarbejdet med kollegaerne, så den kommer det enkelte menneske til gode.

Vi ønsker os kollega, som er engageret og har lysten til at få rygsækken fyldt med værktøjer, gennem sparring med kollegaer, supervision, tage imod muligheder for kurser og uddannelse samt sætte egen viden i spil i samarbejdet.

Hvem bor hos os
I Hus 1 & 2 bor der 14 skønne mennesker, som alle har handicappet autisme, derudover har de forskellig grad af psykisk udviklings hæmning samt flere med en psykiatrisk problemstilling. Handicappet kommer forskelligt til udtryk, så støttebehov er varierende. De fleste er tilknyttet det interne dagtilbud på samme matrikel.

Faglig udvikling er en selvfølge, derfor løbende supervision og mulighed for autismepædagogisk opkvalificering. Vi holder os ajour med de nyeste tendenser inden for specialområdet, så vi altid kan være et skridt foran.

Vi er stærkest, når vi arbejder sammen i teams og har fokus på at finde fælles fodslaw

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår
Stillingen aflønnes efter gældende overenskomst. Det forventede lønniveau oplyses inden en eventuel samtale og afhænger af erfaring og kvalifikationer.
