Kontorchef til Udbud og Kontraktstyring

Odense Kommune søger en kontorchef for Udbud & Kontraktstyring i Borgmesterforvaltningen. Her får du en nøglerolle i at omsætte politiske ambitioner til robuste, værdiskabende indkøb – med blik for økonomi, etik, grøn omstilling og samarbejde. Du kommer tæt på det politiske maskinrum på Odense Rådhus og får reel mulighed for at flytte dagsordenen på et område med stor bevågenhed.

Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at skabe fælles retning – og sikre, at de mange igangsatte udviklingstiltag bliver konsolideret og forankret i stabil drift.
Samtidig skal du fastholde et strategisk blik for, hvordan nye krav (EU-regulering, digitalisering, forsyningssikkerhed, grønne krav mv.) oversættes til konkrete arbejdsgange, der virker i praksis.

Impact i stor skala: Arbejd med en årlig indkøbsvolumen på ca. 4 mia. kr. og udbud/kontrakter i krydsfeltet mellem jura, økonomi, politik, drift og udvikling.

Ledelse af dyb faglighed: Du leder et stærkt kontor med høj faglighed og godt kollegaskab og får tæt ledelsessparring med din chef og dine kontorchefkolleger i forvaltningen.

Strategisk og politisk mulighedsrum: Du bidrager til politiske sager, prioriteringer og beslutninger – og kan få ansvar for at fremlægge sager i politiske udvalg.

Ambitioner og anerkendelse: Vi har en klar ambition om at være Danmarks bedste udbudsafdeling – og vi er lykkedes med at sætte Odense på landkortet på nogle meget markante dagsordener.

Vi leder efter dig, der har solid erfaring med udbud og kontrakter, stærk juridisk forståelse og kan lede roligt og tydeligt i en politisk styret organisation. Du er relationsstærk, kan prioritere i kompleksitet og trives med at balancere drift og udvikling.

Ansættelse sker efter forhandling med den relevante faglige organisation og efter gældende overenskomst med KL.
