Børnehaveklasseleder til Sanderumskolen - barselsvikariat

Da vores nuværende børnehaveklasseleder går på barsel, søger vi en ny kollega, som vil bidrage til udviklingen af et mangfoldigt og inspirerende læringsmiljø for vores yngste elever.

Om os
Sanderumskolen er en større folkeskole med en tilknyttet Heldagsafdeling og har 740 herlige og glade elever. Eleverne er i god trivsel, og vi leverer fagligt flotte resultater. Samarbejdet med forældrene er godt, og vi har en aktiv skolebestyrelse og kontaktforældregruppe.

Skolen er beliggende i det sydvestlige Odense, og skoledistriktet består overvejende af kvarterer med parcelhusbyggeri. Vi har rigtig gode udearealer, og bor tæt ved Tusindårsskoven, Væddeløbsbanen og Odense Zoo.

På Sanderumskolen ønsker vi at fremme en innovativ kultur, hvor medarbejderne tør være eksperimenterende og udføre prøvehandlinger. Samtidig har vi et stort fokus på elevinvolvering – vi ønsker at få eleverne involveret i alle aspekter af undervisningen såvel som hele skolens virke.

Sanderumskolen er en del af kommunens fokus på at skabe de bedste betingelser for alle elever i et mangfoldigt læringsmiljø, hvor vi er optaget af at skabe deltagelsesmuligheder for flest mulige. Ligesom vi har en inspirerende og anvisende tech-plan, som understøtter lærere, pædagoger og elever i planlægning og gennemførelse af undervisningsforløb i teknologi.

Teamsamarbejdet er omdrejningspunktet, der skal få hverdagen til at hænge sammen, og du skal indgå i et årgangs- og klasseteam med et ugentligt fastlagt møde. Skolen har indenfor de sidste par år haft et stort fokus på udvikling af to-voksenundervisning (aktionslæring, co-teaching), til gavn for elevernes læring (personlige, sociale og faglige kompetencer) samt medarbejdernes faglige udvikling. I skolens yngste børnemiljø vil det i særlig grad blive praktiseret via et tæt lærer- og pædagogsamarbejde i læringsmiljøet.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår
Stillingen er på fuld tid med tiltrædelse 1. august 2026. Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem KL og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation.
