Om at arbejde på Kelsbjergvej
Kelsbjergvej åbnede dørene for borgere i april 2025. Som ansat på Kelsbjergvej er man med til at tilrettelægge, udføre og afprøve kendte aktiviteter samt nye aktiviteter, i samarbejde med borgeren. Udgangspunktet er rehabilitering og med et solidt samarbejde gennem tværfagligt arbejde med ens kollegaer. Dagene er aldrig ens, det er et spændende og indholdsrigt pædagogisk arbejde, hvor man får brugt sine kompetencer, hvad enten man er SSA, PAU, pædagog, ergo- eller psykomotorik terapeut. Her er der rig mulighed for man som ansat kan sætte sit faglige præg.

Om Kelsbjergvej
Kelsbjergvej er et moderne bo- og aktivitetstilbud syd for Odense med 35 boliger (§108) og 40 aktivitetsplader (§104). Vi åbnede i foråret 2025 og er i dag ca. 90 engagerede medarbejdere.

I hus 13 og 15 bor der henholdsvis 11 og 12 borgere. I hus 17 og 19 bor der 6 borgere. Alle borgerne har brug for tydelighed, forudsigelighed og genkendelighed. Som medarbejder får du mulighed for at præge faglighed, kultur og arbejdsgange – og virkelig gøre en forskel. Vi arbejder ud fra LOW-Arousal-princippet, hvor relationer, struktur og forståelse prioriteres frem for konfrontationer.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

  • Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem KL og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation.
  • Arbejdstid: 30-37 timer om ugen (efter aftale).
  • Arbejde hver anden weekend. Arbejdstiden ligger på alle ugens dage i tidsrummet mellem kl. 7.00 og 23.00.
